Turnkey, custom build, or blueprint plan - we'll help you choose the right option for your goals and timeline. A US$500 fully refundable deposit secures your lot for 30 days while you decide.
4. Design & Build
Our team manages planning, permits, and construction. You make the decisions - we handle the complexity.
